Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional People Services that combine accuracy, compliance, and a strong employee focus. By owning core people processes and data integrity, you will build trust, enable great service delivery, and strengthen the foundations of our People function — helping shape how we support our people for the future.

Core Accountabilities

 

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing professional, solution-focused, and timely support across the full employee lifecycle.

 

  • Deliver core People processes (onboarding, payroll coordination, data management, recruitment, lifecycle administration) with accuracy, consistency, and compliance to policy and legislation.

 

  • Maintain data integrity within PeopleHub, ensuring all employee records, reports, and transactions are right first time and available in real time.

 

  • Safeguard compliance with employment law, GDPR, and company policies, proactively identifying and escalating risks where appropriate.

 

  • Partner with Payroll, People & Performance Managers, and Centres of Excellence to ensure seamless delivery of people processes and initiatives.

 

  • Support the creation and accuracy of contracts, new starter documentation, right to work checks, and background screening to ensure compliance and a smooth onboarding experience.

 

  • Provide clear and consistent communication around key employee lifecycle events such as parental leave, retirement, lifestyle breaks, and recognition programmes.

 

  • Produce accurate reports and insights to support governance, Board reporting, and decision-making, contributing to a data-driven People function.

  • Core HR processes and employment lifecycle

  • Employment law, GDPR, and right to work

  • People systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and reporting tools

  • Best practice in People service delivery

  • Experience in HR administration or shared services

  • Proven track record in data accuracy and compliance

  • Reporting and insight generation experience

  • Contribution to process or continuous improvement initiatives
