Up to £40,000

Job Purpose

To provide seamless support to the MD, Business Performance Director and support other Board Directors when required.

Being accountable for both business and personal executive support, managing all the MDs/BPDs day to day activities, travel, deadlines and responsibilities

Core Accountabilities

• Diary management, liaising with other Board Directors and members of the business to planning for the short and long term
  
  
• Planning ahead to organise Board events, both internal and external, ensuring a clear line of sight for the MD/BPD
  
  
• Full control of Board Flash, Performance, Strategy and Quarterly Business Review meetings including;
  
  - setting out schedule, deadlines reminders and agendas for the year
  - reminder of actions to be completed by due date
  - gather PowerPoint packs from all guest presenters to prepare pre-read packs in a timely manner ahead of each Board session
  - pulling actions together, circulate and chasing actions ahead of next meetings
  
  
• Travel and hotel booking on behalf of Board
